Thank you for choosing SSR Window Cleaning! We want your experience with us to be as professional, smooth and safe as possible. Here's everything that you will need to know about our service.
1. What We Can Clean
Our pure water system is excellent for general dirt and grime, but it may not remove the following:

UV Bleaching of window frames

Stains from chemicals or rust

Stickers or adhesives
-
Builders residue (paint, concrete, plaster/render)
2. How Often We Visit
We offer visits every 4 or 8 weeks. We do ask for a little flexibility due to weather, allowing a week either side of your scheduled clean.
3. Weather Considerations
We don't clean in heavy rain, but light rain or short showers won't affect the results of the window cleaning. If heavy rain prevents your clean it will roll over to the next working day.
4. Turning Us Away / Access Issues
We make time in our schedule for you so reliability is key.
Turning us away the day before is fine with no charge.
Turning us away on the day or cancelling the day of your clean will incur 50% of the clean cost to cover our booking and scheduling
If gates are locked or our team cannot safely access your property on the day, we will miss your clean, send you a text message explaining any issues and rebook you in for the next time we are in the area.

6. Complaints
If you're not happy with the service or clean, contact us within 24 hours and we'll reclean your property at no extra cost. Within this period, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Complaints after 24 hours may not be eligible.
We operate a no-refund policy, but we'll always fix work you're unhappy with free of charge.
7. Confidentiality
Your information is safe with us. We never share your details with anyone, in line with the Data Protection Act.
8. Payments
We accept the following payment methods.

Go Cardless - Direct debit to be collected between 5 & 7 days after each clean

Bank Transfer - Paying by bank transfer is available to all customers and payment is expected the same day your windows have been cleaned

Cash - On the rare occasion a customer wants to pay cash, this will need to be paid at the time the cleaner is at the property. If the customer is not home then the customer must inform us by text 07467 397966 before the clean commences with an agreed location where cash will be left in a secure and safe location.
If your previous clean is still showing an outstanding balance at the point your next clean is due then your service will be paused until any outstanding balances are cleared.
9. Health & Safety
All cleaning is done safely. Please keep pets and children away from the work area.
10. Liability
We are fully insured and take care to avoid damage. We're not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile/unsafe structures.
11. Rescheduling / Special Circumstances
Please give at least 254 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Short notice may incur charges.
We may postpone or decline cleaning if conditions are unsafe or access is blocked.
12. Marketing / Photography.
Sometimes we will take photos of our work for marketing. Let us know if you would prefer us not to.
